The objective of this project is to rehabilitate Rurambi dyke and related irrigation structures and access road to make the scheme of Rurambi more productive. Rurambi Dyke is 9.25 km long and 2.5 m height, located between Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District and Mwogo Sector, Bugesera District. It was constructed mainly to protect Rurambi wetland from being flooded by Akagera River in order to develop agriculture in the wetland.

The works envisaged include: raising of the dyke (earth embankment) 1.2 m height maximum and rehabilitate related irrigation structures (primary canal sections) and access road.

Feasibility and detailed studies, Technical and Management framework, preparation of the tender document, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ESIA report for rehabilitation and upgrading the public semi-centralized sewerage systems in Kigali with its Environmental Management Plan (EMP) with issuance of ESIA Certificate from Rwanda Development Board (RDB), supervision of works for rehabilitation and upgrading of semi centralized sewerage systems and WWTPs in 15 Kigali Estates.
